Nancekivell & Co report continued strong demand for agricultural land accross North Devon. Numerous blocks of land ranging from 2 - 30 acres with agricultural buildings present have been sold at figure approximatly 30% higher than one year ago. Speculators and the perceived relaxation of the planning process have helped fuel demand along with the wish to gain 'control' over adjacent blocks of land by adjacent owners.
