HIPS Update

The Government has announced today that Home Information Packs (HIPs) and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) will be rolled out to three bedroom properties from the 10th September 2007
Nancekivell and Co already have a comprhensive tried and tested Hips solution in place with a recent instruction providing a confirmation for marketing from a local solicitor within 2.5 Hours.
It is widely reported that full implimenation of HIPs & EPCs for all properties will be in place by October.
