Agricultural land sales continue at pace with a block of 33 Acres bare land with road access and mains water level or gently sloping down to permenant pasture finding a buyer within 24 hours of instructions being received. The land was located approx 4 miles north of Barnstaple. Peter Nancekivell comments that land is still considered a safe haven for cash at is is a commodity in decreasing supply and there are always opportunities to add value through the planning process or by erecting stabling / ag buildings etc. Prices for land have risen dramatically in the last 2 years and appear to be remain firm despite the economic climate.
